Background
Nithiya graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Language and Literature in 2013. She then went on to study Law with the University of Leeds and graduated with an LLB (1st Class Hons) in 2016. She undertook both her Relevant Legal Training and Practice Training Contract with Haridass Ho & Partners. Upon being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in November 2018, she joined Haridass Ho & Partners as a Legal Associate.
Nithiya’s predominant area of practice is Civil and Commercial Disputes. She has assisted in Shipping and Admiralty matters, and also has experience with Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency work.
