Background:

Kuok Poh was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022 and joined Haridass Ho & Partners as an Associate in September 2023. He was previously admitted as an Australian Lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2019.

Kuok Poh’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration, shipping and admiralty, and international trade disputes. He has acted in a broad range of complex cross-border disputes before the Singapore Courts and arbitral tribunals.
