Background
Brian was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023 and joined Haridass Ho & Partners as an associate in our commercial & corporate litigation department in November 2023.

During his time at Haridass Ho & Partners, Brian has been involved in complex cross-border litigation and arbitration cases. He has also worked on non-contentious advisory matters relating to the sale and purchase transactions of ship transactions.

Brian believes in the effectiveness of arbitration as a means to efficiently resolve disputes while minimising costs and preserving commercial relationships within the maritime industry.

Prior to admission, Brian underwent his training at a full-service firm focusing on contentious litigation and family law. In his free time, Brian enjoys partaking in group fitness classes at his local gym as well as travelling out of Singapore.
